Kansas City's lacrosse landscape consists of the following; Boys Spring clubs that compete in the (LAKC) Lacrosse Association of Kansas City, and Girls Spring Clubs that compete in the (KCMGLA) Kansas City Metro Girls Lacrosse Association. Outside Spring, there are preferred off-season organizations that provide numerous local and travel opportunities.
